Shipping policy

We process your order as quickly as possible and ship it with DHL to the delivery address provided by you. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 working days after receipt of the order.

The availability of our products can be found on the respective product page. If an item is unexpectedly no longer available after your order has been placed, we will inform you immediately by email and, if desired, offer you an alternative or cancel the order.

Europe

For orders over €40, we offer free shipping within Europe. Otherwise, shipping costs range from €3.69 to €8.49 depending on the destination country.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods and return unused items to us. Further information can be found in our Cancellation Policy.

You can conveniently exercise your right of withdrawal via the “Cancel Contract” link in the footer of our website. After submitting your withdrawal request, you will automatically receive an email confirmation of receipt.

Please package the products carefully to ensure that they are not damaged during return shipping.
