Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take(s) possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can use the electronic withdrawal button “Cancel Contract” available on our website. This button can be found in the footer of the website. After clicking the link, a separate page with the withdrawal form will open, allowing you to submit your withdrawal electronically.
After submitting the electronic withdrawal form, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email acknowledging receipt of your withdrawal. This confirmation serves solely as documentation of receipt and does not constitute acceptance of the withdrawal.
Alternatively, you may submit your withdrawal by providing a clear statement via email or postal mail.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
The goods must be returned in a condition that allows the examination of their nature, characteristics, and functionality. You are only liable for any loss in value if this loss results from handling the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly customized to the customer's personal needs.
